      Jeme Housing Pvt Ltd has been established since 1991 at KK Nagar, Madurai. It  has 41 branches all over Tamilnadu. It has 15 Residential Projects in Madurai. Those  projects have  been successfully completed. After that a new branch has been started named as Jeme Star Housing under our Managing Director Mr. Bala Sankar at No:646, KK Nagar, Madurai (Land Mark: KK Nagar Arch)

     we have  also another branch at No:130, Alagar Kovil Main Road, Thallakulam, Madurai (Land Mark: Axis Bank).

            We have 10 Marketing Managers. For each Manager we have 10 marketing Executives  and Online Marketing Executive.

           Every  month conference has been conducted by our Managing Director, Mr. Bala sankar. Performance award has been distributed to our employees.

                      My interests in real estate have always been to work on local & national level with small and big budgets, properties that sell for Thousands1000’s to lakhs(100000’s). Today I’m working for a Jeme Star Housing Ltd, I am responsible for a portfolio of real estate that the company itself owns. It’s a mixed bag of properties, everything from mature properties that are all leased up to investing new money in development properties. I get involved in the entire life cycle of a property from construction and lease-up to marketing the properties for sale and negotiating for the best price.”
